Core Life Concepts' Movement & Pilates Studio in Watsonia is dedicated to helping you discover the joy of moving. We help you achieve flexibility and stability, with a particular focus on pre- and post-natal clients. We also have general classes and seniors classes -- so there is something for everyone!
Regular Innovations in Pilates classes are no more than eight people in size. You can choose from floor-based or equipment-based Pilates classes. For injury recovery and rehabilitation or accelerated performance enhancement, you can choose private Stretch Therapy sessions one-on-one with an instructor.
