Ante-Natal & Post-Pregnancy Classes

Our Ante-Natal & Post-Pregnancy classes are aimed at expectant mothers and ladies who have recently had children. Safely tone up and stretch the muscles that need it most -- and do it with other mothers who understand where you're coming from.

 

We have a number of specialised classes just for pregnant and post-pregnant mothers, or you can join in one of our general Pilates classes. If you find that you need more specialised care, perhaps a few private Stretch Therapy sessions are what your body needs.

*There is a children's play area available during these class times, where your child can be supervised for a minimal fee of $2 per class/ per child - all fees payable upfront.

# This is a specific Mums and Bubs class running for new mums to bring their babies and excercise with them - exercise play.  Subject to change days depending on demand.
