About the Movement & Pilates Studio
Core Life Concepts’ Movement & Pilates Studio is located at the Diamond Village Shopping Centre in Watsonia. The Studio runs courses in Stress Management
, Experiential Anatomy, Personal and Professional Development. Also running out of the Studio are regular Innovations in Pilates, Pre & Post-Pregnancy, Seniors and Stretch & Flex Classes.
